Project Description

I was commissioned by a client to recover this stunning chaise longue, using a beautiful duck-egg blue damask fabric. The old hessian had disintegrated and buttons were missing, so replacement stronger spring hessian was fitted to strengthen the back.  The deep fabric-covered buttons and pleating of the fabric looked fantastic by the time I had completed this project, and the client was delighted with the result.
