About Maddison Upholstery
Maddison Upholstery Services was founded by myself, Heidi Maddison, in 2013 when I found I had the opportunity to do something I love.
I undertook training at Kendal Upholstery and achieved my qualification with the Association of Master Upholsterers and Soft Furnishing. I now spend my time working on a wide range of projects, transforming much-loved furniture into something new and fresh that can be treasured for years to come.

I offer a professional service using both traditional and modern techniques. I am based in Frosterley, Co Durham where you can see various examples of my work and projects in progress! I am happy to visit clients at home at no additional cost, to discuss individual requirements and advise on fabrics from my sample books, or use a client's own fabric.
I also make and sell soft furnishings including cushions, bespoke headboards and lampshades. I am happy to undertake commissions and can provide bespoke quotations at the customer's request.
